The Red Rock Fire Department is currently seeking interested people to become Fire Fighters. If you would like to help the community through fire protection, fire prevention and educating the community please submit your application to the Red Rock Fire Chief. The Fire Department provides excellent in house training as well as training at the fire college.
The Red Rock Volunteer Fire Department has 20 Volunteer Fire Fighters, one Volunteer Fire Chief and serves an area approximately 40 square kilometres within the municipal boundaries. The Department employs two pumper trucks and offers a full line of fire and emergency services.
The Red Rock Volunteer Fire Department values the community and working with the public to help keep Red Rock safe. Red Rock Fire Dept would like to remind everyone to have a working smoke alarm on every floor and outside all sleeping areas in your home, cottages, cabins, and seasonal homes.
The Red Rock Volunteer Fire Department gladly supports the following activities:

- Canada Day Family BBQ
- Canada Day Fireworks Display
- Christmas Toys for Tots
The Red Rock Volunteer Fire Department also has a Junior Fire Fighter Program.
