In early 2020 the Township of Red Rock contracted Sage Analytics to perform an organizational review of the town’s departments and financial picture. In this review Sage has conducted interviews with staff and department heads as well as Council. A public survey was completed online and through paper copies submitted to the municipal office. On October 31, 2020, Sage submitted their final report to Council and it was reviewed and approved at the November 2, 2020 Council meeting. Attached below is the final report that Sage conducted for the Township of Red Rock.
