Please be advised that hydrant flushing will commence for the Red Rock Water Distribution System beginning on Monday, October 25th ending on Friday, October 29th
Flushing is part of routine maintenance necessary to maintain the integrity of the water system, remove sediment from mains, verify proper operation of hydrants and valves, and maintain firefighting capability
Residents may experience a drop in water pressure and water may become discoloured due to flushing of the distribution system. If you notice discoloured water, please run your COLD WATER ONLY (suggested taps: outside hose, bathtub, or laundry tub) until the water is clear
