The Township of Red Rock has a number of Boards and Committees of Council which run the same length of term as Council.
The Township of Red Rock invites residents who are interested in sitting on one of the Township’s Boards or Committees to please submit their name to the Municipal Office. Submissions will be accepted no later than 4:00 pm on Friday, November 18, 2022.
The term for all appointments will coincide with the current term of Municipal Council until November 14, 2026.
The Board meets monthly and seeks to provide a comprehensive and efficient public library service that reflects the community’s unique needs.
Committee of Adjustment
The Committee of Adjustment meets on an as-needed basis and is responsible for verdicts on Minor Variance applications in accordance with the Township’s Zoning Bylaw.
Property Standards Committee
The Property Standards Committee meets on an as-needed basis and is responsible for considering appeals in accordance with the procedures established under the Property Standards Bylaw. The Committee considers appeals to Property Standards Orders issued by Property Standards Officer.
