Yoga

With instructor Nancy Hall.  Gentle Yoga (a shorter, less vigorous practice) - 2:30-3:20p.m. Thursdays -
   6 week session - $50.00    
   Yoga Chix (ages 7-13) 3:45 - 4:15 Thursdays - 6 week session - $25.00 

Both programs begin on November 6th, 2008 and run until December 11, 2008.  The classes will be held in the Golden Club Room.  Call Nancy at 807-285-2865 or Leslie at 886-2284 to register.

Tai Chi

Runs from October 22nd - December 10, 2008 on Wednesday nights from 6 p.m. - 7 p.m.  Instructor is Tai Chi master Pien You Lien

Minor Hockey

Our current president for Minor Hockey is Jim Hendricken. Please contact Jim at (807) 886-1144.

Red Rock Minor Hockey is running the following levels for the 2007/2008 season:

• IP1
• IP2
• Atoms
• Pee Wee
• Bantam Girls
• Midget Girls

The tournaments for each level can be viewed in the Tournament Section.

Santa Skate

The Recreation Centre hosts an annual Santa Skate and Craft Fair.  This is a family and community oriented event followed by a Christmas Carol and Sing-a-long in the gym afterwards.  The craft fair runs from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. and the Santa Skate begins at 6 p.m.  Free hot chocolate, popcorn and juice!  Bringyour camera.  This year the skate will be held on December 4th.  Anyone wishing to rent a table for the craft fair, please contact Leslie at 886-2284.  Rental rates are $10/table.
