Nipigon - Red Rock Figure Skating Club

The Red Rock Figure Skating Club offers new as well as experienced skaters the opportunity to come out and receive instruction from our coach.

The president of the Figure Skating Club is Wendy Houston. You may contact her direct at (807) 886-2918.
The coach in Red Rock is Karen Salminen available at (807) 886-2178 who coaches on Tuesdays in Red Rock.
The coach in Nipigon is ray Naismith who coaches in Nipigon on Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

 

The Club offers different levels of instruction:

• Can Skate: This program is for beginners. This is a “learn to skate” program for either figure skaters or kids who want to move on to hockey at a later date but need to learn how to skate first.
• Junior Skate
• Senior Skate
• Adult Skate

There is an annual Ice Show in March with a new theme each year.
