Candidate Election Campaign Financial Statements
Section 78(1) of the Municipal Elections Act provides that a candidate shall file a financial statement reflecting the candidate's finances. Section 88 (9.1) of the Act further provides that the financial statements shall be made available to the public on a website. The following are the financial statements filed with the Clerk for each nominated candidate in the 2010 Municipal Election:
