Accessibility Standards for Customer Service Policy

 Ontario Regulation 429/07 made under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 came into force on January 1, 2008.

This regulation establishes accessibility standards for customer service which must be in place by January 1, 2010 and January 1, 2012 by the designated public sector organizations and to other providers of goods and services respectively.

The Mayor and Council of the Township of Red Rock on February 18, 2009 adopted the Accessibilty Standards for Customer Service Policy.

The Township would like to be advised of any  suggestions you may have regarding accessibilty in Red Rock. We encourage you to fill out the attached feedback form  so that we can address your comments or concerns.  You may either bring the completed form to the Municipal Building at 42 Salls Street or mail it to: Box 447, Red Rock, ON P0T 2P0.
